How does Laser Lipo work?

Laser lipo results works by using heat from laser light energy to heat and liquefy excess fat cells. Once the fat cells in the treatment area get hot enough, they die. After they die, they continue to be heated until the tissue holding the fat cells together break apart and liquefies. Once liquefied, the fat cells make their way through your lymphatic system.

Once they have gone all the way through your lymphatic system, they end up processed by the deoxycholic acid in your gut. Finally, they are transported out of your body as waste via your urine, just like dietary fat.

How long does treatment usually take?

The duration of your treatment depends largely on the size of the areas being treated, the number of areas being treated, how much fat is in the treatment area, and how much fat you’d like removed. However, on average, you can expect each treatment area to take an hour. Therefore, if you are targeting three areas, your treatment session will take three hours.

How many treatment sessions will I need?

The number of treatment sessions you will need depends on several factors, including your body fat distribution and your desired aesthetic. On average, each treatment session removes between 20% and 26% of localized fat cells when large areas are being treated. When small areas are being treated, up to 80% of localized fat cells can be removed.
